Policies and Procedures
By registering for LVTDX, I permit LVTDX and its Affiliates to use any photographs taken for legal purposes, including publicity and advertising. I confirm I am 18 or older, understand the Refund, No Transfer, and Wristband Policies, and acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of my image. Check-in requires a government-issued photo ID, and a waterproof wristband must be worn throughout the event for access. Seating is first-come, first-served, with no saving allowed. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable for any reason, including medical or personal emergencies.
PHOTOGRAPHS | VIDEO TAPING
My registration for LVTDX grants LVTDX and its Affiliates, my permission to use the photographs that may be taken for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, and web content.
Additionally, I am 18 years of age or older and I understand that anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted. Further, I thoroughly understand and agree to the Refund, No Transfer and Wristband Policies.
Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.

On-site Check-in will require one piece of Government issued current picture ID. E.g., valid drivers license, passport etc. Your wrist will be affixed with a waterproof, durable wristband that must be worn throughout the entire weekend. It is your all-access pass to events. If you refuse to wear the wristband on your wrist, you will be denied admittance and no amount of a refund will be granted.

OPEN SEATING/NO SEAT OR TABLE SAVING
Seating in the ballrooms are on a first come, first served basis (unless a Reserved Table has been purchased). There is no seat saving. Placing shoe bags, purses, other personal items or leaning seats against the table to "save a seat" is not allowed.

TRANSFER/REFUND POLICY
Once you are registered, your ticket is non-transferrable in part or in whole to another person or another year. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AND WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS FOR TRIP CANCELLATIONS DUE TO MEDICAL ILLNESS, FAMILY EMERGENCIES, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT, JOB RELOCATION, DEATH OF A LOVED ONE, MILITARY DEPLOYMENT, NATURAL DISASTERS OR ANY OTHER REASON.
